Eric Brown AIA, LEED AP BD+C

A partner at PCA, Eric has been an integral part of the firm for over 25 years. He has broad design and management experience working with institutional clients as well as commercial developers of multi-family housing, hospitality, restaurant and retail projects throughout New England. Eric also leads our recruiting and hiring efforts.

Eric believes that the client comes first — that building strong personal relationships enhances the creative process, resulting in the best outcomes for all involved. The success of this approach has been borne out by his large following of repeat clients. Not afraid to take on new project types or larger scale commissions, Eric has led the way on seminal PCA projects such as Arsenal Yards, Legacy Place, the firm’s first dining hall at Northeastern University, and multiple large-scale mixed use planning and design projects for major area developers and entrepreneurs.
