Krista Osipovitch

Krista creatively approaches each project with the purpose of adding value to each space while improving both the function and aesthetic of the way people live.

  • I’m from  Rochester, NY.

  • My education  BFA, New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University

  • Why PCA?  The hardworking individuals that help inspire me everyday. The overall culture that PCA presents.

  • My earliest design memory  Playing The Sims. Drawing play houses on paper and creating a whole street for my play cars.

  • I’m drawn to design because  Creating and making functional, beautiful spaces for people to successfully interact with is a feeling like no other.

  • My favorite space  My home. It allows me to create the perfect setting where I feel the most comfortable.

  • A project I’m proud of  West End Yards — the first project given to me to tackle alone when I started at PCA.

  • Materials that excite me are  dimensional/textured finishes that a person can experience and touch.

  • The most inspiring part of my job  Knowing I can change a space and the way people engage within the space in a positive way.

  • Cats or dogs?  DOGSSSS

  • If I were a pantone swatch, my color would be  Ultra Black.

  • I’m my best self when  I have a lot of coffee and sleep.

  • My personal motto  Be kind. You never know what someone is going through.

  • How my colleagues would describe me  Clean, chatty, creative?
