The Hampton Beach Casino redevelopment reimagines a seaside icon as a vibrant, year-round destination. As the architect, PCA’s design transforms the historic property into a contemporary mixed-use landmark, extending the beach season beyond summer and strengthening Hampton’s cultural core.
The Casino Ballroom will double in size, becoming a modern, flexible venue that can accommodate 3,500 people. In addition, a new 208-key boutique hotel will anchor the site, offering elevated accommodations, spa amenities and ocean views within a refined coastal architectural expression. 99 luxury condominiums provide direct access to the shoreline and entertainment, while a 52,000-square-foot charitable casino and gaming hall provides flexibility and nonprofit support.
New restaurants, retail and a modern arcade enrich the public realm, supported by a multi-level parking structure that manages traffic and preserves the character of the beachfront neighborhood. Together, these elements revitalize Hampton Beach, creating a lasting seaside destination that honors its history, reflects local culture and celebrates its role as a center for entertainment.
