The PCA team, in partnership with the Lupoli Companies, envisions a new experience that will revitalize 46 acres in Littleton at the on-ramp to Route 495. Littleton is one of the most desirable suburban locations in the region with convenient access to Boston and New Hampshire.

This multi-phased, mixed-use development will transform Littleton’s economic outlook creating new housing and job opportunities as well as establishing a contemporary cultural identity for the town and the surrounding areas.
