The Pathway Amenity Building, aka Canteen, is a single-story gathering space located on the
new 750,000 SF life sciences campus, the former Fort Devens in Devens, MA.
Canteen will feature interior and exterior spaces with programmatic elements to support a café by day and taproom by night, as well as flexible, multipurpose activity areas connected by a skylit atrium. It’s here, where all campus community members can co-work, socialize, eat, drink and play.
Sustainable design elements are also a vital part of the project promoting and creating a healthy environment.
