Located in Boston’s Back Bay on the corner of Dartmouth and Newbury Streets, Saltie Girl’s new light whimsical design offers its guests a culinary experience creating a charming atmosphere. From hints of mint and rosy hues in the below level bar with inviting warm wooden and gold tones, a summer evening palette in the ballroom to the Shell Bar’s jewel tones, this upscale restaurant is destined to become a renowned classic.
PCA developed these design ideas, in partnership with restaurateur Kathy Sidell, to enhance the guest experience within the restaurant’s multi-room, historic brick townhouse. The refreshed spaces leverage the joyful feel of the beloved one-room bar where Saltie Girl had its start, creating a sassy and sophisticated atmosphere with a variety of possibilities for guests.
