At a recent Lunch & Learn, we very pleased to host Maureen Timmons, the Director of Dining at Northeastern University and one of our clients for a very long time, to share her thoughts on the techniques and benefits of Sketchnoting.

This great tool can be used to create a personal visual story as one is listening to a speaker or reading a text. The whole idea behind adding sketches to your notes is that it taps into parts of the brain that would lie dormant if only words were used to explore ideas. It’s the combination of the two that’s most powerful – using both words and visuals while taking notes.
