Every apartment includes a full kitchen and bathroom that integrates Universal Design features to support independent living and aging in place with dignity.
The building’s ground floor “Village Center” serves as a 5,600 SF vibrant hub for fitness, art, dining, wellness programming and social connection, actively addressing senior isolation with the goal of improving and extending quality of life. Located next to the Waltham Senior Center and near public transit, grocery stores and healthcare services, Leland House is embedded in a walkable, accessible neighborhood that supports day-to-day independence and community belonging.
